The Initial Call and Meeting

From the moment you call our office, we begin identifying the personalized needs of you or a loved one. On the initial call, we ask questions to form a basic assessment. Then we set up a free, no-obligation in-home visit with you and your family. This visit allows us to gather more information, answer questions and let your family get a feel for how Centered Care Inc can help you or a loved one.

 

The Centered Care Plan

After our initial meeting, we build a Centered Care Plan. This plan is personalized to your needs, we make detailed recommendations on what type of services we feel would benefit you. We then arrange a follow-up meeting to go over the Centered Care Plan in detail and modify it as you see fit. With Centered Care Inc you will always know what services are being provided.

 

Matching  the appropriate Caregiver      

Once your family has approved the Centered Care Plan, we begin our search for the best person to perform that care. It is important for us to match the right employee to the right client, therefore, gaining an understanding of the personalities that best suit each other is necessary in building and maintaining long term camaraderie.

 After our interviewing process we invite you to interview who we have chosen as an appropriate match, you have control who will be in your home and when. We guarantee we will provide you or your loved one with the best caregiver possible. In the case that there is ever any concerns about a specific caregiver, we can search for and provide a replacement in very little time.
